En

Javier de la Cueva (Madrid, 1962) holds a Licentiate degree in Law, a Master in Advanced Studies in Philosophy and is Doctor of Philosophy at the Complutense University of Madrid. He works as a practicing lawyer, as a lecturer and as a researcher. As a lawyer, he is specialized in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). He gives lectures and writes about his specialization. He is a GNU/Linux user since 1998 and a systems administrator under this operating system since 2003. He is member of the Board of Directors of Fundación Ciudadana Civio, of the pool of Open Science Evaluators of the Swiss Universities Association, has been named one of the EOSC FAIR Champions, and is member of the EOSC Technical and Semantic Interoperability Task Force and the Opportunity Area Expert Group (OA2: Metadata, Ontologies and Interoperability).

Javier de la Cueva (Madrid, 1962) es licenciado en Derecho, Máster en Estudios Avanzados en Filosofía y doctor en Filosofía por la Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Trabaja como abogado, como docente y como investigador Como abogado, está especializado en Derecho de las Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación (TIC). Imparte conferencias y escribe obras sobre su especialización. Es usuario de GNU/Linux desde 1998 y administrador de sistemas bajo dicho sistema operativo desde 2003. Es patrono de la Fundación Ciudadana Civio, del panel de evaluadores de proyectos de Open Science de la Asociación de Universidades Suizas, ha sido nombrado uno de los EOSC FAIR Champions y es miembro de la EOSC Task Force sobre interoperabilidad y del Opportunity Area Expert Group (OA2: Metadata, Ontologies and Interoperability).
